RoyaleFunded provides simulated trading evaluation services. Audit and Verification accounts are demonstration environments operating against live market data. Funded accounts represent a contractual relationship under which the trader executes orders on behalf of RoyaleFunded against firm capital.
Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to enter financial service agreements in their jurisdiction. RoyaleFunded does not service users from sanctioned jurisdictions including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea region.
The audit fee is a one-time charge per evaluation attempt. Fees are non-refundable unless the user reaches the funded stage and receives their first profit payout, at which point the original fee is reimbursed in full alongside the payout.
Users must observe the published profit targets, daily loss limits, and maximum drawdown thresholds. Breach of any rule results in immediate account closure. Prohibited strategies include high-frequency trading (>200 trades/day), latency arbitrage, tick scalping under 5 seconds, copy trading between RoyaleFunded accounts, and martingale-based position sizing.
Funded traders receive 90% of net profits. Payouts are processed bi-weekly on demand via wire transfer, SEPA, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), or USDC. Minimum payout is $100. RoyaleFunded reserves the right to delay payouts pending verification of trading activity for up to 5 business days.
Accounts may be closed by RoyaleFunded for: rule violation, suspected market manipulation, identity verification failure, or 90+ days of inactivity. Closure under suspected fraud forfeits all pending payouts.
RoyaleFunded is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, data feed interruptions, slippage, or third-party broker outages. The audit fee constitutes the maximum recoverable amount under any claim.
All RoyaleFunded software, infrastructure, branding, and educational content remain the sole property of RoyaleFunded. Reverse engineering, scraping, or redistribution is prohibited.
RoyaleFunded may amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tallinn under ICC rules.
